Description
With the exception of the Grünen Veltliner grapes, all of the grapes harvested are destemmed. According to their variety the grapes stand for between 2 and 24 hours on the sulphurized must before being gently pressed with a 100 year old Baumpresse (Austrian type of basket press in new wood).
