Description	Martin Pasler junior has many years of education in Germany, France and Australia behind him. In order to achieve a particularly high level of quality he pays particular attention to caring for the vineyards. Weed control is thus only carried out mechanically. Through a process of green manuring, which covers the soil between August and June, an increased water retention capacity is achieved, whereby short periods of dryness can be better balanced out. Fundamentally he takes care to work as ecologically as possible; the only fertilizers used are straw and chicken manure.
