| Description |
Only organic manures have been used in these vineyards for six years now, mineral fertilizers are used only when necessary. Very short vine pruning is also practiced in order to control volume in a simple and natural way, to relieve some of the foliage related work and finally to increase quality by decreasing quantity. The soil is left open between the stakes and there is a permanent green cover between every alternate row of vines.
