Grapes develop on a sandy and gravel soil under the favourable, sunny pannonic climate, close to the water of Lake Neusiedl. We take a lot of care to harmonize our efforts on wine and nature. Gathering our grapes by hand, we perform a dynamic and harmonious work between modern and traditional methods in producing our white and red wine. Fermentation of the red-wine-mash takes place in a classical way in mashing-tubes by our cellar-man, and will be aged in the wood. Fermentation of white wine takes place under cooled condition and develops to an elegant and fruity wine in our old wine-cellars. They please both, the connoisseur and the gourmet.
