Description	This business is only run as a side-business, since the owner Fred Prinz is mainly head of sales and co-responsible for the production of the state-owned wine-domaine Kloster Eberbach. The vintner has proven since 1991 that he knows a great deal about wine-making. Since then every collection has been of exceptional quality. This includes the most recent. A third of Prinz's wines go into local restaurants, more than a third goes into export. Prinz plans on changing over to noble steel tanks for his cellar in Hallgarten.
