Alfred Weber, who is also a representative of the Deutschen-Schützener Weinbauverein (Deutsch-Schützen wine-growing association), runs his own small business as a secondary occupation only. With their depth and ability to be stored the Weber's wines are, however, among the best that the 'wine idyll' creates - just a shame that there are so few of them.
