Description	The partially green covered vineyards are situated on southern slopes; the processing is carried out completely by hand. Before the grapes are pressed, the crop is left on the crushed must for 3 to 5 hours. The maturing takes place in wooden casks from which the bottles are filled in April or May of the following year.
