Specialties	We are renowned for our aromatic white wine made from 100% Siegerrebe, which although picked early still has 14% alcohol plus 30 g/L residual sugars and balancing acidity (pH=3.4 approx.) Aromatic and very different.

Description	Palmara Vineyard is a very small family owned and operated grape growing and winemaking establishment, producing premium table wines for exclusive cellar door sales. Visitors are welcome during the season from mid September through to mid May, 7 days from 12.00 to 5pm approx. Tastings of current vintages are available.
