Father and son are both graduates of the Klosterneuburg School of Oenology and the viticulture and Buschenschank business is their main occupation. Every second row of vines is green covered with winter rye on a rotation system and the vines are planted in a high training system and display double arch cutting with spurs. Fertilization only takes place following soil analyses.
