Description
The estate, which dates back to the 16th century, has been used for wine-growing since the 20th century. The Spitz family were one of the first families to distribute their wines primarily through Heurigen and this remains the most important pillar of the firm today. The son of the family is currently working to integrate the practical knowledge that he collected from wine guru F.X. Pichler into his father's business. The excellent Grüne Veltliner Smaragd is especially popular at the moment.
