Description	Manfred Birnstingl senior is a graduate of the Silberberg school of viticulture. His son Manfred junior attended the Klosterneuburger school of viticulture. In the vineyards, which are provided with permanent mulch, the vines are planted in accordance with the Pürstinger growth system. Cultivation follows the principles of controlled, integrated production.
