Description	The Totter family's viticulture firm was founded in 1972 and it is intended that son Josef will take it over one day. The vines are planted in a cordon growth system and fertilization takes the form of mulch; to balance out the level of nutrients commercial fertilizers are also used after the soil has been tested.
