Josef Süß attended the School of Oenology in Eisenstadt and took the cellar assistant examination. Nutrients have been supplied to the soil by means of straw and targeted mulching for years.
The wines range from dry and fruity white wines through rich, sturdy red wines - some of which are matured in barrels - to high level Prädikaten such as Trockenbeerenauslese and Eiswein.
