Description	It does existe- the true familiy business. In Höbenbach unwide the cultural metropol Krems not a kilometer of the well known Monastery Göttweig. Josef and Ernestine Rennhofer cultivate there with the help of the whole family an vinery and Obstbauernhof. The wines plays a important role in the history of the Rennhofers. Our vine thrives in a pannonical climate with the influence of the cool and moistured Dunkelsteinerwald. This climate is sutable for the varieties Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Chardonnay und Muskateller. After the harvest the grapes are pressed and vinficated by Martin Rennhofer the Head of the cave. In Rennhofers vinery you can find the all typical white wines of Austria and elegant velvety red wines like Zweigelt, Blauer Portugieser and Blauburger. The exeptional of our vinery is the Sparkling wine made of the Traditional methode from Champagne. The apples of our firm are harvested at the best moment of time. Our most common varieties are Jonagold, Golden Delicious, Rubinette and Elstar. You can acquire them from September to June. Apple-jus is a good complimentary product and is something which keeps well. Only the best fruits are destillated and selled as sweet destillates.
