Description	Matthias Nittnaus first attended the Gumpoldskirchen School of Oenology and then completed master wine-growing and making examination. His wife, with whom he took over the firm in 1981, attended both the agricultural college in Neusiedl and the Eisenstadt School of Oenology and is qualified in domestic science.
