Franz Bauer took over this business from his parents in 1973. Today, the vineyards, whose vines have cordon cuttings, are cultivated as ecologically as possible; i.e. either permanent green cover is practiced or a straw mulch is brought out; fertilization takes place according to the results of soil analyses.
