Description	The Tattendorf estate is known above all for its St. Laurent and for the so-called "Ausstich", a cellar Auslese from the best casks of these autochtonous varieties. The estate also grows other varieties such as Cabernet, Blaufränkisch, Blauburgunder and Merlot, so there should soon - when the late effects of the catastrophic frosts in the 1980s are finally overcome - be modern forms of red wines.
