Description	Every alternate row of these vineyards is green covered or covered with a straw mulch. The vines are planted in accordance with the principles of the Lenz-Moser high training system, whereby the Müller-Thurgau and the Grüne Veltliner have a spur cutting, and the Malvasier and red wine varieties have a double arch cutting. Stable manure from the owners' farm and also, when soil analyses deem it to be necessary, mineral fertilizers are used.
