Description
In late summer, peas, vetches, clover and grain are planted in the individual rows of vines. In the following summer, if the weather is dry, every alternate row is kept open and newly green covered. Nitrogen is used as a fertilizer depending on the growth of the vines.
The vineyards belonging to this firm, where the vines display cordon cutting, are green covered with rye between every alternate row of vines, and otherwise naturally green covered.
