A peculiarity of the wine-making process here is that the grapes are pressed whole, without first being sulphurized or standing on the must for a long period of time. They are fermented in synthetic tanks with selected yeasts and the white wines are also stored there until they are bottled between May and June of the following year.

The vineyards are where possible, depending on precipitation, green covered in each row of vines and fertilized only organically. The vines are planted in a high training system with cordon growth.
