Description	The Preiss family strives to cultivate its vineyards as ecologically as possible. All of the vineyards have thus been green covered with a permanent mulch since 1980. The family's ecological awareness is also shown by its membership of the association of Traisental vineyards "Regio Tragisana" and by the trademark "Kontrolliert naturnah aus Österreichs Gärten" confirming that the products have been produced ecologically.
