Description	The vines in the green covered vineyards display cordon cutting. The vineyards are supplied with natural and mineral fertilizers. After the harvest those wines intended for the production of white wines are destemed, sulphurized and fermented for between 4 and 12 hours depending on their variety before being pressed with a Baumpresse (Austrian type of basket press made from wood).
